Cynthia was simply amazing!!!! I am moving from San Diego to Phoenix and I only had one weekend to look for a place. Cynthia pulled up the best listing she found and it was perfect. But of course I had to see others just to make sure the first one was perfect.

The first one was perfect so I made an offer. Cynthia was always checking with the listing agent to see what the status of the offer was and when it was accepted where we were with escrow.

Since I was back in San Diego Cynthia handled everything. She hired the home inspector, met with him to do the inspection, and even paid him while I mailed her a check for the amount. She helped coordinate with the escrow company as to how the closing would happen while I was still in San Diego. Cynthia even met with the HOA to discuss an issue and get the keys for everything.

I am so grateful to have worked with Cynthia. Moving is stressful enough and she made everything so easy for me. I just got my keys (she mailed them to me) today and couldn’t be happier!!!!
